Gray’s Travel is part of the third generation of family in the King Gray Coach Lines business. King Gray tours transitioned to Gray’s Travel on January 1, 2020. We exclusively use King Gray buses for all retail tours.

Retail Tours

If you are a party of 1 or a party of 30, Gray’s Travel has retail tours just for you. All tours are fully escorted, so sit back, relax and leave the driving to us.

We have two convenient pickup locations:

Chicopee Walmart (parking lot) on Memorial Drive
West Springfield Century Plaza (behind Skechers) on Memorial Ave.

Tour Policies

SMOKING: No smoking is allowed on any vehicles at any time.

ALCOHOL: No alcoholic beverages are allowed onboard any of Gray’s Travel retail trips.

PAYMENT:

One-day tours - full payment is due at the time of booking.

Multi-day tours - an initial deposit is due at the time of booking with final payment due approximately one month before the trip departs. Deposit amount varies per trip. Multi-day tours requiring full payment at time of booking will be noted.

No reservation is guaranteed until payment has been received.

All payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds for no shows on the day of trip.

CANCELLATIONS: All sales are final.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is not offered through Gray’s Travel but can be purchased on your own. There are several companies online that offer individual travel insurance.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: Gray’s Travel accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.

PICKUP LOCATIONS: Parking is at your own risk. Neither Gray’s Travel or property owners are responsible for any damage, theft, etc. to any vehicles.

GRATUITIES: All gratuities are included.

LOST ITEMS: Gray’s Travel is not responsible for any items that may or may not have been left on our vehicles.

SEATING: There is no assigned seating onboard the coaches for any trips.

SPORTING EVENTS: Game times are out of the control of Gray’s Travel & are always subject to change. No refunds, transfers or exchanges will be made due to any game time changes.

DISCLAIMER: Tours are provided by Gray’s Travel with bus transportation provided by King Gray Coach Lines. We act as agents for the passengers and therefore accept no responsibility for any changes in itinerary due to acts of God, weather, traffic, construction or any other conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to change our itinerary & make substitutions of equal value, if in our opinion circumstances warrant. We also reserve the right to cancel any and all tours and refund payments made if bookings are inadequate.
